What payment methods are accepted?
Bank transfer, or you can apply for a credit account if you are ordering a large amount.

What gift card values can I choose from?
Our gift cards can be loaded with any value from £5 to £250, and our e-gift cards from £3 to £250.
How are physical gift cards delivered?
Once payment has been received, we can dispatch your order on the same day. The gift cards are dispatched to a single address, for you to distribute directly. To keep everything secure, we do not activate and load the gift card with funds until you have confirmed receipt of your delivery.
How are e-gift cards provided?
E-gift cards are processed within 1 working day of receiving your payment, and we will provide you with secure access to a spreadsheet that contains links to your e-gift cards. This allows you to choose the best way to distribute the e-gift cards, whether this be via email or SMS.

Is there a minimum order volume?
No, there is no minimum order volume.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes, discounts are available for bulk orders.
Do I need to print my e-gift/product code to take in shop?
No, you can use your mobile device at the checkout clearly showing the barcode or product code on the screen. You can choose to print if you would prefer.
Can gift cards & e-gift cards be spent on the whole Greggs menu?
Yes, our gift cards & e-gift cards can be used to purchase any products in shop.
When does my gift card, e-gift or product code expire?
Gift cards & e-gift cards expire 24 months from the date that it was activated, or last used. Product codes have set expiry dates, decided by the purchaser. This date should be displayed upon receiving your code, however you can call us on 0191 607 8285 to check.
How can I check my balance on my gift card or e-gift card?
